I have just remembered Snake Eyes.
That has the most BRILLIANT camera shot I have ever seen.
The scene is about 7 minutes long and is filmed in one continuous shoot.
The film then plays back the same shoot from other camera angles that couldn't have been shot at the same time.
I think they must have filmed the same scene at least 5 times, and the continuity is excellent!
I really recommend it as a technical achievement film!
Best phrase: "Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton), T2": On August 29th, 1997, It's gonna feel pretty fucking real to you too! Anybody not wearing 2 Million sunblock is gonna have a real bad day, Gettit?! God, you think you're saving a life. You're already dead! Everybody! Him, you, you're dead already! This Whole place, everything you see is GONE! You're the one living in a fucking dream, Silberman. 'Cause I know it happens! IT HAPPENS!!!"
Cool, eh?!

fave action scene - shootout in the apartment of Face/Off while the old tune is playing over the shot, Kung Fu fighting in The Matrix, Intro to Blade
Fave Camera angle - In Fight Club, at the start whereJack explains the whole thing and the camera goes behind Tyler and then out and down the bulding into the van with the Bombs, then it zooms to another building. Hard to explain but it looks awesome
Fave Quote - "Get, up, get on the bed, you make a wrong move, I'll shoot you in the face" Seth Gecko - From Dusk Till Dawn

Favorite shot:
Seven, when brad pitts comes face to face woth the killer and he has a gone to his head, with all the rain, absolutely incredible shot.
Favorite Quote:
I'm the foot f***ing master -- Jules from Pulp Fiction
Those are some alternativs to the Matrix, but I did like that one from Fight CLub, good call

1) My favorite movie moment has to be in The Silence of the Lambs where Hannibal touches Clarice's hand. You see that guy in a totally human light, and think to yourself, "wow he eats people, but he wouldn't eat her". (Also I fell in love with Hannibal Lector for some reason during the movie so...lol)
Also, during Gone With the Wind when Scarlet and Melanie shoot the Yankee and drag his body away. That's another good one.
2) I really don't have a favorite or "best" action sequence. I think I might like the lobby scene in The Matrix, if I have to choose
3) My favorite camera angle is from The Graduate. It's not the famous one under Mrs. Robinson's leg. This one is when Dustin Hoffman's character is in the closet and so is the camera. I haven't seen teh movie in a while, so I can't exactly describe it, but I love it.
4) I have three favorite one liners, it's just so hard to choose a favorite.
It's not that bad, it's just that you're pissed off that other people have it that good. (Jack Nicholson in As Good as it Gets)
Where'd you learn to drive, circleville?
(either Jay Mohr or Scott Wolf in Go)
This isn't a true one liner, but it's the greatest. In The Matrix in the lobby when Neo walks through the metal detector and the guard says, "Please remove any metallic objects" (or something like that) and Neo opens his jacket to reveal lots and lots of guns.

No one else knows what you shot. People are putting stuff down that others can relate to. If Matrix was made but never went to the theaters and became big. People wouldn't metion it cus no one would would be able to relate to the Matrix.

I like the quote by the two Lewis twins at the end of the film "Twin Town":
Twin1: Do you think this boat will get us to morocco?
Twin2: Yeah.
Twin: Do you think we have enough petrol?
Twin 2: Probably.
It's just so funny the way they say it!
Stoned, dumb and Welsh!
Classic!
